The Supreme Court has ruled that the execution of children as young
as 16 is not a violation of the Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution,
which prohibits "cruel and unusual punishment." Only five
other countries -- Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Iran--have
executed people for crimes they committed as children, and the US has
executed more than any other nation.
Even Saudi Arabia
and Iraq recognizes children's rights, and doesn't trial them as adults.
America is one of the only countries in the
world that tries children as adults.
WHERE IS THE DISNEY CORPORATION? Why
have they not used their influence to help these children and others.
PLEASE BOYCOTT THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

YOUR KIDS ARE NOT SAFE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA...
IF YOUR KIDS GET INTO TROUBLE WHILE YOU VISIT FLORIDA THEY MAY
FACE LIFE IN AN ADULT PRISON...
THEY WILL BE RAPED AND MUTILATED IN PRISON...
TWO CHILDREN AGED 12 And 13 HAVE BEEN CONVICTED IN ADULT COURT IN THE
STATE OF FLORIDA... they could get life without parole.
They have not yet been sentenced. YOU CAN SAVE THEM.
Children can not vote, they can not see a restricted
movie, they cannot drive, and they can not legally drink or buy cigarettes.
Yet in FLORIDA and other US STATES leaders are trying
very young children and sentencing them as adults and putting them into
adult prisons to be raped and mutilated.
It has long been known that a civilized society is judged
by the way it treats its children. America incarcerates and executes
its young, and it is rapidly expanding its spending on the burgeoning
prison system while spending on elementary and secondary education is
actually declining.
The State governments make money from prisons and award
contracts to corporations who lobby for them.

Can you imagine your child, grandchildren, nephews,
nieces, students, loved ones who have not even reached puberty -facing
life in prison with rapists?
We know that the despicable horrible people looking
after them will make their lives a living nightmare. Some of these people
in prisons are far worse than the inmates.

This campaign to
criminalize youth is a throwback to Victorian England when poor and
mentally-disturbed children were dumped in workhouses, terrorized and
beaten. More than 100 years ago, the social reformers who championed
the setting up of a separate juvenile justice system recognized that
children did not have the same physical and mental faculties as adults.
They believed that children who had suffered from neglect, poverty and
violence were victims themselves and that they required understanding
and rehabilitation, not punishment and incarceration

another crime against humanity, against our children is committed?
Things like this
are supposed to happen in other countries like Burma and Zimbabwe
These young children's
civil rights have been violated.
This entire event is a miscarriages of justice.

and save these kids a horrible fate worse than death...
