Spammers often link directly to an IP address rather than a domain name. To further confuse the issue they'll often use a decimal representation of the IP address rather than the normal dotted-quad format. For example, they might use an address like http://1234567890/ instead of http://73.150.2.210/. You can use this decoder to convert the long decimal number into a conventional looking IP address.
