All of the following emails are scams. The senders will tell you that they have access to millions of dollars, usually unclaimed estates or excess project funds. They need a partner in a foreign country to send the money to in order to avoid government notice and intervention. All they ask of you is a small amount of money up front to cover some administrative fees and then you will receive the full funds, which you agree to return to them after subtracting some percentage to keep for yourself for your services.

Do not believe any of these sorts of emails. There is no money waiting hidden somewhere. They have no intention of sending you anything. They will simply keep any money you send them, and keep adding on more fees that need to be paid. All they are doing is stealing from you. They will also try to commit identity theft by asking you for personal or banking information which they claim to need in order to send you the money. Do not respond to any emails of this sort.
